Gerald Badenhorst founder of Scan-Pro Solutions started his career with National Advanced Technologies (NATECH) in 1994 as a Technician holding a electronics diploma, in 1995 he worked his way up to a Senior Technician, in 2000 he received a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) diploma and became the Production Manager for Sygade, in 2007 he also received the role of the Quality Control Manager with the company trading as MaxID (PTY) LTD, January 2012 MaxID decided to move there core business to the States and the South African branch was closed down, Gerald negotiated Intellectual Property rights for some of the products and decided to negotiate a joint partnership with Andre Badenhorst to start the company Scan-Pro Solutions.
